Welcome to Casino of Dreams, our home for casino and bingo players. Here you can see our games, our weekly promotions and the rules behind them, how payments work, our safer gambling options and how to reach our team.

At Casino of Dreams you play online bingo and casino games from one customer account. Our casino lobby includes slots, and our bingo games sit alongside them, so the same balance and the same account rules cover both.
Our online games providers include Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Aristocrat and Eyecon. Their slots and casino titles make up the casino side of our lobby.
Each promotion we run comes with its own specific terms. Promotions can be restricted to particular customers, so the offers shown in your account depend on your eligibility and your Rewards level.

We have welcome offers for new players.

Cashback Tuesday is for depositing players, meaning anyone who has deposited with us at least once.

Your Rewards level is set by your Rewards Points.
We have welcome offers for new players. The details of a welcome offer, including what you receive and how, are set out on its sign-up and offer pages when it is presented to you, and the general bonus rules further down this page apply to it.
The Daily Deal is open to existing players who have made a deposit in the last 7 days. Once per UK calendar day, eligible players can opt in by pressing Spin the Reel on the Daily Deal button in the lobby to reveal a deal, and the prize must then be claimed before that same day ends. Prizes range from free spins and a casino bonus to a bingo bonus, and a spin can also bring no prize.
Their winnings are paid to your casino bonus account, and any spins left unused expire 48 hours after the award, never sooner. A casino bonus prize is for casino games only, a bingo bonus prize is for bingo games only, and our standard game weighting and wagering rules apply to both.
The Daily Deal cannot be claimed alongside another promotion, and a withdrawal forfeits any free spins or bonus balance still left from it.
Golden Monday gives eligible players free spins on 9 Pots of Gold. To claim it, go to the Claim now tab on our promos page or the notification bell in the lobby, press Deposit and add £20 or more using a debit card before Monday ends, UK time. It can be claimed once each Monday, and eWallets and prepaid cards do not qualify as funding for this offer.
Winnings from the spins are casino bonus money, unused spins lapse 48 hours after their award, and making a withdrawal removes any Golden Monday spins you still hold.
Each Monday, eligible Rewards players can claim a casino bonus on a deposit of £20 or more. The percentage and the cap depend on your Rewards level, and each level's offer is available only to players at that level.
| Rewards level | Casino bonus on your deposit | Maximum casino bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 10% | £50 |
| Level 2 | 15% | £50 |
| Level 3 | 20% | £50 |
| Level 4 | 20% | £50 |
| Level 5 | 50% | £100 |
You claim once each Monday before the day ends, UK time, by opting in through the promos page Claim now tab or the lobby notification bell and then making your deposit with the Deposit button. Only debit card deposits qualify for this offer. The bonus can be played on casino games only, it stays valid for 48 hours from the award and never expires sooner, and a withdrawal forfeits whatever is left of it.
Free Spins Thursday is for existing players who have deposited £20 or more in the last 7 days. At any time on Thursday, UK time, eligible players press Play Now in their notifications to shuffle the cards, pick a mystery card and then press Claim Now in notifications or on the promotion page. The spins land on one of three games.
| Rewards level | Free spins | Value per spin |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 5 free spins | 5p |
| Level 2 | 5 free spins | 10p |
| Level 3 | 10 free spins | 10p |
| Level 4 | 15 free spins | 10p |
| Level 5 | 25 free spins | 10p |
Where Free Spins Thursday appears without a level, spins are worth 5p or 10p each unless stated otherwise. Thursday spins are playable only on the game advertised with your card, their winnings go to your casino bonus balance and unused spins lapse 48 hours after they are given. This offer cannot be combined with another promotion, and withdrawing forfeits leftover spins or bonus funds.
Cashback Tuesday is for depositing players, meaning anyone who has deposited with us at least once. Opt in at any time on Tuesday, UK time, through the promos page or your notifications by pressing Opt-In. Your cashback period then runs for the 12 hours after you opt in.
If your cash losses on all games in that period total £5 or more, we pay back 10% of them, up to a maximum cashback of £10. Cash losses are your cash stakes minus your cash wins, so only cash stakes count. The cashback is paid into your Cash balance at the end of the 12 hours after opting in.
Shop Coins are available only to depositing players. You earn them automatically on cash wagers only, at 1 coin for every £1 wagered on bingo and 1 coin for every £10 wagered on slots, counted in whole £10 steps. Bonus and free-spin wagers do not earn coins.
A redemption is final once you confirm it and cannot be changed or refunded. Winnings from Shop free spins and bonuses go to your bonus balance with the wagering shown against each prize, Shop rewards stay valid for 2 days from the award, and a withdrawal forfeits any remaining bonus balances and free spins.
Rewards Points set your Rewards level, which decides the level offers above. You earn 15 points for every £1 you deposit and 1 point for every £1 you wager, whether cash or bonus. Once a day we add up the points you have earned over the previous 30 days. If your total keeps you at your level, your level stays the same. If it reaches the next level, you move up, and if it falls short of your current level, you move down to the level your points represent.
Every bonus is opt-in. You accept a bonus through its promotion tile on the Promos page of your account or in your notification tab, and if you do not opt in prior to depositing, you will not be eligible for that bonus. If you would rather not have a bonus, simply do not opt in. Only deposits made using a debit card are eligible for Deposit Bonuses, and deposits made with other payment methods are not eligible for any Deposit Bonus.
Multiple promotions cannot be claimed together, and your bonus history is in My Account under Manage History.
When you opt in, our Promotional Terms and any terms specific to that offer become part of your agreement with us. Where they conflict with our General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms take precedence. We may stop the take-up or completion of promotions for regulatory reasons, including safer gambling, and we can withdraw a promotion affected by an error, malfunction or interruption, whether or not you have started playing it.
Your account balance is made up of cash, which you can normally withdraw, and casino or bingo bonus money, which carries promotional restrictions until its requirements are met. When you hold both, each casino wager uses your cash first and your casino bonus money only once no cash is left. Cash stakes win cash, bonus stakes win casino bonus money, and winnings from a mixed stake are split in proportion to the cash and bonus parts.
A £20 wager made from £10 cash and £10 bonus money, for instance, sends 50% of any winnings to each balance.
You can withdraw cash at any time, subject to our withdrawal rules and any processing fee that applies, even while a promotion is active. A withdrawal does, however, forfeit any remaining bonus balance in your account. Casino or bingo bonus money cannot be withdrawn until you have met the requirements of its offer, at which point it becomes cash.
Unless an offer's own terms state otherwise, any casino bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus initially awarded, and that bonus money becomes cash as soon as you have wagered this amount. Only wagers on casino games count towards a casino bonus.
Slots contribute 100% towards wagering, except Book of Oz, Break Da Bank Again, Bust The Bank and Immortal Romance, which contribute 75%. Bingo games contribute 100% to the wagering requirements they apply to, though never to a casino bonus.
Unless other timing is specified at the time of the award, free spins are valid for 48 hours, after which any unused spins expire, and each offer explains its own spin timeframe. Unless stated otherwise, winnings from free spins are casino bonus money with a 10 times wagering requirement, and they expire two days from the time of crediting. Some free spin awards can depend on the minimum deposit set by our deposit rules.
If you had never deposited before receiving a free bonus or free spins, any withdrawal of cash winnings from that award is limited to a maximum of £100.
Subject to an offer's own terms and our bonus aggregation rules, all bonuses, free spins included, expire 48 hours from the time they are awarded. If you receive more than one casino bonus within a 48 hour period, their wagering requirements and expiry may be combined into one, and the combined bonus then expires when the most recent one does.
If you do not meet the wagering requirement within the bonus time frame, which is 48 hours after crediting when no other period is given, or you start a cash withdrawal before meeting it, the Bonus balance is forfeited together with any winnings from bonus wagers.
Until the wagering requirement of a bonus is met, placing single bets in excess of £6.25 counts as bonus abuse. Equal, zero or low margin wagers with bonus money are bonus abuse too, as is two-tier betting, where bets go on high variance outcomes before switching to normal variance outcomes to meet the wagering.
While a bonus is still active, cutting your stake by 60% or more after a win of at least 5 times your last deposit, for the purpose of clearing wagering, is bonus abuse. So is moving from a game with 75% wagering contribution to one with 100% after a win of that size, for the same purpose. Using bonus funds to progress through the bonus stages of slot games may result in the winnings from the final bonus round being voided.
Bonus stacking, meaning using several deposits to claim several bonuses before the wagering of the original bonus is met, is bonus abuse. So is opening accounts with more than one of our casino or bingo brands to receive a new player or welcome bonus with the intention, in our sole discretion, of advantage play. Bad faith play means engaging with us for purposes other than entertainment, for example by seeking our promotional awards to exploit loopholes, faults or errors in software.
If we discover bonus abuse or bad faith play, or have reasonable grounds to suspect it, we can stop awarding further promotions to the players involved, void their bonuses and remove winnings or deposited funds from their accounts, in each case to the extent attributable to that abuse. Bad faith play is a breach of our Promotional Terms and is handled under our prohibited practices rules, and we may build a profile to investigate how far it went.
Where a player has withdrawn winnings after bonus abuse or bad faith play, we are entitled to claim that amount as damages through the ADR process.
The minimum deposit amount is £10, unless a different amount is stated on our website. Our primary currency is pounds sterling and all wagers and transactions are in GBP. A deposit in another currency is converted to GBP by banks or other intermediaries at the exchange rate when it is processed, and we are not responsible for fees third parties charge in that process.
Payment processing for your account is handled by Broadway Gaming UK Limited, a related company acting as our agent. It has no customer relationship with you, as your customer relationship is with Broadway Gaming Limited alone.
The personal details linked to any debit card or bank account you use must be the same as the details you registered with. One source of deposit cannot fund more than one account on our site, and if a deposit is charged back, your account will be suspended. Keep copies of your transaction records, and tell us to remove cards or methods that are no longer valid, such as lost, stolen or expired cards and closed e-cash or bank accounts, so that withdrawals are not paid to the wrong account.
You cannot transfer funds between your account here and accounts with other casino or bingo brands operated by Broadway Gaming Limited.
You can withdraw any cleared real money balance in your account at any time, provided that all payments into your account have cleared and have not been charged back, reversed or cancelled, that we have completed our verification checks to our reasonable satisfaction, that no law, regulation or regulator requires us to withhold your deposit or winnings, and that there is no ongoing or completed investigation into an error, interruption or malfunction affecting a part of our website you used, or into a prohibited practice we have reasonable grounds to believe you engaged in, unless a completed investigation was decided in your favour.
Any delay in sending documents we have asked for may delay your withdrawal. Where payments have not cleared or our checks cannot be completed, we are ultimately entitled to void affected transactions and withhold funds, including winnings.
All email addresses must be verified before withdrawals are permitted, and a withdrawal requested before you verify your email address goes back to your account. If there are irregularities, or your name and address do not match those linked to your card or other payment method, we can void all transactions made with that card.
The minimum withdrawal through our website is £10, and this minimum can change without notice. To withdraw less than £10, contact customer services, and such withdrawals carry a service fee of £2 to cover our administrative charges. If your original deposit was in another currency, your withdrawal is converted back to that currency at the exchange rate when processed. Transaction fees that banks or other third parties apply during a withdrawal are not ours to cover.
Withdrawal requests are normally processed every weekday, excluding bank holidays, and are usually processed within 3 business days in the UK.
Unless our terms say otherwise, we pay withdrawals of cleared funds to the deposit methods you have used, and where your total withdrawals are greater than your total deposits, we pay the balance to your preferred method of payment. Withdrawals are only sent to a card or account that has already been used to deposit to your account, and some deposit methods may not be available for withdrawals.
With the exception of Progressive Jackpot wins, withdrawals may be subject to daily limits set by Visa, Mastercard or other card providers, and customer services will tell you the limit that applies. Where such a limit affects you, you can still withdraw any excess cleared funds in full on the same calendar day if you wish, provided you supply any documents we need in time, and without affecting our right to hold back or delay a withdrawal.
For some withdrawals where you deposited by debit card, we may ask for a copy of the front and back of the card before processing. Keep all details clearly legible, and block out the middle eight numbers on the front and the three-digit security number on the back.
If we cannot meet a withdrawal request for a reason set out in our terms, for example because a transaction fails or a financial institution blocks it, the request may be refunded to your account. If you or we cancel a withdrawal, or it fails, you are fully responsible for any later wager of that sum, and we have no obligation to refund cancelled amounts that you then wager.
You may use your account only lawfully, for your own personal and recreational play and in line with our terms. Prohibited practices include using duplicate accounts opened deliberately or fraudulently, a name on your account that does not match your bank account or card, funding by a third party, false or misleading details, letting someone else use your account, colluding with other players, chargebacks, cheating, money laundering or fraud, and using bots or other systems designed to defeat our gaming systems.
They also include depositing money from criminal activity, playing where your employment contract or a professional body's rules forbid it, breaching our Promotional Terms, selling or buying accounts, playing from outside our permitted territories or hiding your location with a VPN, depositing or withdrawing without genuine play, betting without enough cleared funds, using our systems for illegal transfers or currency arbitrage, breaching your agreement with another site in our group or otherwise materially breaching our terms.
Placing a bet on any casino game above £2 if you are under 25, or above £5 if you are 25 or over, for the purpose of disrupting the integrity of our systems is also a prohibited practice. Depending on the circumstances, the consequences include voided transactions, withheld winnings and suspension or closure of your account, and you may be liable to compensate us for our losses.
We may close, limit or suspend your account at any time, and we will notify you reasonably in advance unless we reasonably suspect a prohibited practice, in which case action can take effect without notice. While we investigate, your account stays limited or suspended, your funds cannot be accessed or withdrawn and your balance remains in the account. We use reasonable efforts to finish within a reasonable period, and any delay in answering our requests affects our ability to do so.
If we decide, acting reasonably, that the matter is resolved, we lift the restriction. If we decide that you engaged in a prohibited practice, we will restrict or permanently close your account and may pass your details to regulators or other relevant third parties. We may also have to restrict, suspend or close accounts for legal or regulatory reasons. When we close an account, any positive cash balance is paid back to you, except that we have no obligation to refund money where you engaged in illegal activity, and we will withhold or recover deposits, payouts, promotions or winnings to the extent attributable to a prohibited practice.
If an error or malfunction credits your account with winnings you would not otherwise have received, we have the right to void the transaction and withhold those winnings, and you agree to pay back any you have withdrawn when we ask. If you notice or suspect an error or malfunction, stop using that part of our website straight away and report it to us.
If an interruption happens after we receive your gamble and you can no longer influence the outcome, the result stands. If a single-stage game is interrupted before an outcome is generated, we return your stake to your account. Games with several stages or decision points are restored as far as reasonably possible to their last known state so you can complete them, games with multiple participants are handled case by case as seems fairest to us acting reasonably, and progressive jackpot values are restored to their pre-failure state to the extent this is within our control rather than the game provider's.
To open an account, you give us true and correct details and open the account for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else. Only one active account per customer is allowed. Where more than one account is registered to the same family, household address, email address, telephone number or shared computer, we may ask for documents showing that each account is valid. For any duplicate account we can close it and leave you with your original account, closing all your accounts where more than one was opened deliberately or fraudulently, and we can void promotions used on the duplicate together with their winnings, as well as its unsettled and future bets.
We are required to verify your age and identity before you wager, deposit or withdraw. Our checks can cover your age, identity, address, location, financial circumstances and the source of the funds you deposit, starting with an e-verification that matches your details against public records. We may ask for a current official identity document showing your date of birth, such as a driving licence or passport, a recent utility bill, bank statement or payslip, and further documents we need to meet our regulatory obligations.
You can send documents by email or upload them through our website or app as a PDF, JPEG or similar photo file.
We may ask for new or additional checks at any time after your account is open, including proof of the source of your funds such as wage slips or bank statements. Until our checks are complete we can restrict your account, including withdrawals. If they cannot be completed to our reasonable satisfaction, your account will be suspended and may be permanently closed, and regulation or an authority may require us to withhold the funds in it.
If we verify that you are under 18, your account will be closed, your deposits may be returned, all transactions on it will be void and we may report it to the relevant authorities.
We may carry out affordability checks with an appropriate third-party agency, based on your registration details, your transaction patterns and history. We use recognised third-party providers for age verification, affordability and other checks, and they keep a record of the details we provide. We may supply your information to authorised credit reference agencies, which may record the check, and we share information with fraud prevention agencies and may share it with our regulators.
We also have the right to obtain information about you from third parties and publicly available sources.
You can request a take-a-break period, which is a temporary account suspension, or a self-exclusion at any time. Our Safer Gambling Policy sets out the take-a-break and self-exclusion options, and our customer service team can give you that information on request.
Our safer gambling information also covers session reminders. Make sure the decision to gamble is your own personal choice, and set yourself limits for depositing, wagering and losses before you start playing.
When you register, you confirm that you have not previously self-excluded from any Broadway Gaming casino or bingo brand or with Gamstop. Playing after self-excluding on any of our casino or bingo brands, or through a multi-operator service such as Gamstop or GamProtect, is a prohibited practice.
If you have forgotten your login details, enter your email address or username on our lost details page and we will send you an email with a username reminder and a link to reset your password.
You can deposit using debit cards. Only deposits made with debit cards are eligible for Deposit Bonuses. Other payment methods are available for some customers but may not qualify for promotional bonuses.
We normally process withdrawal requests on working weekdays excluding bank holidays, usually within three UK business days of approval. Your email must be verified before payment, and any delayed verification documents can delay a withdrawal.
Each customer may hold only one account. If we identify shared contact details, household details or devices with other accounts, we may request documents to verify they belong to different people. We can close duplicate accounts and cancel their promotions and winnings.
You can close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team with Close My Account in the subject. A customer services agent aims to respond within the next working day, or as soon as reasonably practicable afterwards, to process your request and arrange the return of any cleared cash balance, subject to our rights to withhold or delay withdrawals.
Casino of Dreams uses industry-standard security measures to protect your account and payment information. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
If you think you may have a gambling problem, you can find support through GambleAware, a free and confidential organization dedicated to safer gambling. You also have options to set deposit limits and take a break from your account through our Safer Gambling features.
Every bonus is opt-in. You can accept a bonus through its promotion tile on the Promos page of your account or in your notification tab. If you do not opt in prior to depositing, you will not be eligible for that bonus. Multiple promotions cannot be claimed together.
Your Rewards level is set by your Rewards Points. You earn 15 points for every £1 you deposit and 1 point for every £1 you wager. Your level determines which special offers you are eligible for. Once a day we add up the points you have earned over the previous 30 days to update your level.
Losing bets are final and not refundable. However, Casino of Dreams offers Cashback Tuesday, which can return 10% of your cash losses on all games in a 12-hour period up to a maximum of £10 if you opt in and lose £5 or more.
Our customer support team is there if you experience difficulties or problems. Contact our support team through live chat or use the email contact option in your account.
Start by emailing customer support. When we receive your complaint or dispute, we email you to acknowledge it, confirm its details and send you a copy of our procedure, and an advisor logs it, investigates and responds. A complaint about how we conduct our licensed activities, other than the outcome of a gambling transaction, goes through our internal complaints procedure. A complaint about the outcome of a gambling transaction that is not resolved at the first stage becomes a dispute.
If your concern is still not resolved, you can escalate it in writing to our Head of Customer Support, whose response is the final internal stage. Telephone and email communications during the process may be recorded and used in the decision.
We aim to respond as soon as practically possible and, provided you cooperate with the process in a timely manner, to resolve your complaint or dispute within eight weeks of receiving it. Within those eight weeks we will write to you with either a final response or an update, which may explain that a lack of timely cooperation means a final response is not yet possible.
For a dispute, though not a complaint, you can then refer the matter free of charge to our Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, currently eCogra, or to any successor ADR provider. eCogra can reject disputes that are frivolous or vexatious, but we cannot refuse a referral on that basis. Its decision may bind both sides, and you keep the right to take the matter to the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.
We are required to verify your age and identity before you wager, deposit or withdraw. If we verify that you are under 18, your account will be closed.
Casino of Dreams is a registered trademark of Broadway Gaming Limited, company number 020664V, registered in the Isle of Man and part of the Broadway Gaming group of companies. Broadway Gaming Limited operates our casino and bingo service and is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under licence number 39075.
Our Gambling Commission licence requires us to tell you what happens to funds held in customer accounts and how far they are protected if we become insolvent. We keep customer funds in accounts separate from our business accounts, and arrangements have been made so that those funds are distributed to the relevant customers in the event of our insolvency. This meets the Gambling Commission's requirement for the segregation of customer funds at the medium protection level.
